The disputed site is the birth place of Lord Ram. Place of birth is a juristic person and is a deity. It is personified as the spirit of divine worshipped as birth place of Lord Rama as a child. Spirit of divine ever remains present every where at all times for any one to invoke at any shape or form in accordance with his own aspirations and it can be shapeless and formless also.

It is also established that Hindus have been worshipping the place in dispute as Janm Sthan i.e. a birth place as deity and visiting it as a sacred place of pilgrimage as of right since time immemorial. After the construction of the disputed structure it is proved the deities were installed inside the disputed structure on 22/23.12.1949. It is also proved that the outer courtyard was in exclusive possession of Hindus and they were worshipping throughout and in the inner courtyard (in the disputed structure) they were also worshipping. It is also established that the disputed structure cannot be treated as a mosque as it came into the existence against the tenets of Islam.

50 dead in new Naxal attack in Dantewada

Chhattisgarh, May 17: Maoists have blown up a bus carrying 50 people on the Sukma to Dantewada road in Chhattisgarh, say TV reports.

Special DGP V Raman, speaking on NDTV said that all 50 people are feared killed in the attack.

The bus was blown up at around 4.30 pm by Maoists in Sukma town using an Improvised Explosive Device says Zee TV.

Reports say at least 25 of the passengers were Special Police Officers, recruited from among the local tribals, to combat the Maoists.

This is the third such attack in the region in a month. 76 CRPF personnel had been killed in an ambush in the first attack.

Maoists blow up bus in Chhattisgarh, 20-30 dead

RAIPUR (IANS): Maoist guerrillas blew up a bus in a forested stretch of Chhattisgarh Monday, killing 20-30 civilians and special police officers (SPOs), police sources and locals said.

The bus was ripped apart by a powerful landmine as it made its way on the Dantewada-Sukma Road in Dantewada district, about 450 km south of Raipur, locals who rushed to the site told IANS.

"The bus has been completely destroyed. There is a 10-feet deep crater," one of the locals told IANS. "We can see 20 to 30 bodies. They are lying all around the site."

But Chhattisgarh Special Director General of Police Vijay Raman told NDTV news channel that up to 50 people had been killed in the deadly attack.

The dead included civilians and SPOs drawn from the local community, police source said.

It was the worst attack blamed on Maoist guerrillas since 76 security personnel were slaughtered, also in Dantewada district, April 6. All but one then were from the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).

In New Delhi, U.K. Bansal, Special Secretary for Internal Security in the home ministry, told Times Now channel that casualtiies "can be pretty heavy" in Monday's strike.

He said the people in the bus were "partly civilians and partly SPOs. It's extremely unfortunate, a dastardly attack".

"The Naxalites (Maoists) are now taking on innocent civilians," Chhattisgarh Home Minister Nankiram Kanwar said.

The latest attack prompted a meeting between Home Minister P. Chidambaram and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in New Delhi.

Naxal Attack.

Our 76 jawans (CRPF) has been killed in Datewada district (Chhatigarh) in Naxal Attack. There was a very small coverage on this , broadcasted on TV. It was like nothing has been. These soldiers have been killed because they might have chosen wrong path which takes them to save & secure their nation. They must have chosen others career options so most probably they would be alive. Who will take care of their family; their newly married spouse, their new born child, their old parents? Government will give some compensation like 5 lakhs to each family & as announced government job to one member of each family. On ground, whether they will really get job easily as government has announced or they have to suffer very much because Babu will take their part (bribe). The shocking example of this is Kargil War. First they (Babu) will ask money for this if you can give it, it’s ok otherwise you will be said go to this babu or go to that babu and in the end someone we can call him “Dalal” will come and tell you give money to get this job if you agree he will help you. I have seen these things before my eyes. Most of Indians have lost humanity. Even they are sharing their wife with others as you can read so much about it in Mumbai newspaper. I am talking here about south Mumbai. What was the fault of this Police force? Only because they are in work to keep their nation people safe! I think now time has come people who join arm force, must think that to whom they are sacrificing their life, will not have even a single moment to pay tribute to them. Indian media is working more bad than ever. It will show the things which will bring TRP to them as they tell at many platforms. They will show the things, which people want to see as they say always. If someone tells to them that he wants to see their wife nude , they will show it! I am sure they would like to do it but that time their fake face will come before people so they will tell lots of things about Indians, its culture & they will try to probe that they are the only people who care most for their nation. Why we have been so ………………..?

Twenty20 World Cup 2010 – India have a chance to enter the semi final if……. ???

Australia thrashed Sri Lanka in their second super eight game by huge margin of 81 runs to storm into Semi Final of ICC World twenty20 2010. With this big win it has once again open the door for second team to qualify from Group F.
Australia after electing to bat first doesn’t get start they have hoped for and struggling at 67/5 at the end of 11th over but thanks to superb unbeaten partnership between M.Hussey (39 runs of 26 balls) and C.White (85 runs of 49 balls) which guided Australia into commanding position by putting 101 runs in just 54 balls. The duo added 91 runs in the last 7 overs of their inning.
Earlier Sri Lanka spinner S.Randiv impressed everybody and picked up three crucial wickets of Australian inning to put them on back foot.
Sri Lanka started their run chase with in from M.Jayawardne and S.Jayasurya but unfortunately their in-form batsman Jayawardne departed soon after scoring 9 runs fo 6 balls.
Jayawardne dismissal followed by Sangakkara wicket in the space of 6 deliveries put Sri Lanka in bit of trouble. However T.Dilshan (20 runs of 12 balls) and A.Mathews (8 runs of 4 balls) tried to play some aggressive shot during their stay but M.Johson dismissed both of them in same over to put Sri Lanka out of the game. In the end Sri Lanka dismissed for just 87 runs in 16.2 overs.
With this big loss by Sri Lanka they have given India a slight chance of making into the last four.
Now West Indies, Sri Lanka or India any team can qualify for the semi final of ICC World twenty 2010 provided following scenario:

What Sri Lanka needs to do to qualify for Semi Final?

With the big loss against Australia, their net run rate has taken beating and at presently Sri Lanka net run rate is -0.60. The equation for Sri Lanka is not as simple as it could have been, so they not only need to win the game against India but they need to win by bigger margin to give them a chance. If they only manage to beat India by fewer margins then they have to depend on the Australia West Indies game and hope that Australia beat West Indies.
What happened if they lost to India and West Indies lost to Australia, in that case Sri Lanka have to make sure that India must not chase down total in 17.3 overs and if Sri Lanka bat second then they have to make sure that winning margin of India should not be more than 19 runs.

What West Indies needs to do to qualify for Semi Final?

Since they will play 2nd game on 11th May 2010, so they will know the results of Sri Lanka v India game, so depending on that results if India have beaten Sri Lanka then the equation for West Indies is quite simple - win against Australia and go through.
If Sri Lanka wins against India then they have to beat Australia by bigger margin to better their net run rate than SL and by the time match will take place they have full knowledge of mathematical scenario. At presently West Indies NRR is -1.08.

What India needs to do to qualify for Semi Final?

With big loss against Australia in first super eight game their net run rate has also taken beating considerably and at presently their NRR is hovering at -1.58.
The equation for them is also not as easy as for the West Indies or Sri Lanka. Here is the scenario, if they bat first they must beat Sri Lanka by 20 runs or more margins and if they have to chase down the Sri Lankan total then they must chase down in 17.3 overs or less.
Not only that they have to also hope that West Indies loss their game against Australia to make them qualify for the semi final.
